At Kantiv, we work hard to provide a reliable, high-performance platform. However, like any cloud-based system, occasional outages or service disruptions may occur. This article explains how we communicate outages, where you can find real-time updates, and what you can expect from our team during these events.
What is an Outage?
An outage occurs when part or all of the Kantiv platform is temporarily unavailable or not functioning as expected. This can include issues such as features not loading, slower-than-normal performance, or complete inaccessibility of the platform. Outages can be caused by a variety of factors—such as server disruptions, third-party service failures, or system updates—and may impact some or all users.
When an outage happens, our team works quickly to identify the cause, restore normal functionality, and keep users informed through timely updates.

On this page, you can view:
Current system health
Active incidents and outages with real-time progress updates from our team
Scheduled maintenance
When an outage or performance issue occurs, you’ll see timely updates that may include:
Incident identification — What part of the platform is affected
Impact details — How the issue may affect your workflow
Investigation updates — What our engineering teams are doing
Mitigation steps — Any temporary workarounds
Resolution confirmation — When the issue is fully resolved
For major incidents, you may also see a post-incident summary after resolution that explains the cause and outlines preventive steps.
What to Do If You Experience an Outage
If you suspect there is an outage or notice performance issues, you can:
