Description

Boilerplates and Content

Marketing-approved templates and reusable text stored in the knowledge center. This content is prioritized for AI-generated text and ensures consistent brand messaging.

Files

All uploaded documents, such as proposals, presentations, resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials, are stored in a central library. These files can be PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, or Excel spreadsheets. The system automatically extracts metadata to make the content searchable and accessible to the Kantiv chat agent.

Collections

Tags

Labels that organize content for easy filtering and searching. Tags can be single or multiple and include categories like market sectors, service lines, document types, and client names.
